Cinzia Gallia Schlicksup was born in Milan, in northern Italy. She has studied foreign languages and linguistics at the Università degli Studi "Statale" in Milan and graduated Summa cum Laude in English from the University of Minnesota. Her professional career includes work in international marketing and sales administration for global corporations and Fortune 500 companies in Italy and in the US as well as over 10 years experience in translating and interpreting for business, medical organizations, law firms, academic institutions and individuals. Since 1993, she has relocated to the Twin Cities, where she has been providing Italian language instruction, Italian tututoring, translations, interpreting, voice talent casting and recordings, crosscultural and international business consulting to companies in the USA and in Italy. She if fully bilingual English - Italian and bicultural for having lived, worked and traveled extensively in Italy and in the USA.
