Ms. Gallia Schlicksup is extremely well versed in Italian and English grammar and is able to create helpful, practical drills that match the abilities of her students. Ms. Schlicksup is always well prepared, but she also has the ability to adapt flexibly to the needs of her students by answering questions, synthesizing new material, explaining Italian idioms and discussing Italian culture.
She sets high goals, yet is always respectful, encouraging and enthusiastic about language study. She is completely fluent in English and Italian, which makes her able to explain differences in English and Italian in meaningful ways. I enjoy Italian and look forward to our private sessions.
